Henry turned one a few weeks ago so we threw a small birthday party. The theme was balloons which made decorating fairly easy.
We invited our family and a few friends which made for a crowded but fun house. Henry ate his first cupcake, tentatively at first and then with gusto.
Henry’s latest trick is making a gasping noise to get attention. He discovered the noise one day in the car. Erin whipped around to make sure he wasn’t in dire danger which Henry though was hilarious.
Henry loves balloons. Here is a video of him playing with the balloons for his birthday party.
Erin took snap shots of her and Henry playing in the pool. We now have these three hanging on our wall.
Every guy needs basic competency with at least one sport. Henry is still exploring his options but I think basketball is still in the running.
Couldn't dad spring for a least a synthetic leather ball instead of foam?
Henry enjoys playing in the water so he was thrilled when Erin took him to the splash park.
